Pulled Pork

Ingredients
Amount
Pork tenderloin
3 pounds
Coke
1 can
BBQ Sauce
(I like Sweet Baby Ray’s-Hickory & Brown Sugar)
1-18 oz

Directions
  1. Trim fat off roast and place in appropriate sized slow cooker
  2. Pour cola over the roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until falling apart and cooked through.
  4. Remove roast from slow cooker and shred.  Drain out juice from slow cooker.
  5. Return meat to slow cooker and add BBQ sauce.  Serve warm on buns with your favorite sides like fries, baked beans, cole slaw, etc...

This recipe is super easy and only takes 3 ingredients!  You can make it with a pork shoulder also, but the tenderloin has a lot less fat, which equals a lot less work : )  It's pictured with 2 cans of coke, but one actually did the trick.  You can use whatever your favorite BBQ sauce is to finish it off, mine is Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar.
Place the tenderloin in the crock-pot and cover about 1/2 way with coke.
Cook on low for 6 hours, or until falling apart and cooked through.
Then dump out the coke and shred the pork.  Place back in crock-pot.
Cover with as much BBQ sauce as you like.  Serve on buns.
